ONE-OF-A-KIND CANDLE HOLDEr

Block is made from a selection of small wooden offcuts and two brass cubes.
The small end off-cuts could so easily become fire starters, but there's something precious and playful about them. I tend to keep them, and over time they pile up in the workshop. Some become small knobs or spheres turned on the lathe, while others simply wait for an idea.
For Block, they became a playful arrangement of stacked forms, each piece retaining something of its original character.
