Each spoon is unique—departing from utility to invite a different kind of interaction: one of reflection rather than use.
I begin with a spoon but soon move into abstraction. Handles elongate, bowls shrink, necks grow too thin to carry weight. What remains is the ghost of a functional object—something that feels both familiar and strange.
These standing forms exist as quiet sculptures. They carry the heritage of wooden utensils but let go of purpose, celebrating the beauty of wood, transformation, and the poetic potential of form.
Available spoons can be found in the shop.
