TURNED BOWLS & VESSELS

2019–Present

Each piece is turned from woods sourced locally and dried at my workshop. Some are turned green, allowing the wood to move and distort as it dries, shifting from circular forms into gentle ovals.

Rather than resisting these changes, the process embraces them. The character of the timber — its grain, movement and irregularities — plays an active role in shaping the final form.

Every bowl and vessel is unique.
